SA STAFF level trumpet banner find!

hi, troops,

would like to show an SA Staff level trumpet banner in outstanding condition!

it was consigned to a very small auction house locally fairly recently, by the Son of the Scottish Veteran who brought it back along with 50+ postcards!

it's of outstanding quality and very heavy piece, I have only seen one other piece the same shown online!

some light patina to the metal work on the bird and shows the fold line down its chest, but its great to find bring backs kept in this condition.

its amazing what is still out there, amazing to find such an item 20 miles away from me in Scotland and the thought of items yet to come out of the woodwork!

never stop digging folks!!!

there is not one pook or stain to the red fabric anything you see is shadows!

it's immaculate! :-o its been cherished for years!!

cheers mate we are working on a clean presentation, this room is a mess right now, we are extending to make a reading room for the reference material, and the beer fridge of course!

There is simply no where else to go with this one, it is just so very top shelf, so scarce and mint but also textbook construction,
