NSKK Motor Brigade Plaque 2

Postby The Devils Bank » Sat Jun 06, 2020 7:37 pm

Finally received the red version of the NSKK motor brigade plaque.

The green plaque is a lot dirtier than the red version, but I do like the green one more..

It took a long time to get it, but it was worth the wait. :ymapplause:

What a lovely pair!

Definitely worth the wait to reunite them together, congratulations!

Cheers,

Ok so I will ask the dumb question.....Pete what is the difference between the red version and green. Guessing it has some significance?

Congratulations on finding this beautiful example Pete

I have no idea Mark, I was thinking the same.

There must be a reason for the different colours, but nobody seems to know why that is?

Maybe for the distances/stages driven on this particular tour or even just for participating in the Bavarian mountains 1937?

They don't have any holes, to be attached to a bike or car, on say, a radiator.. :-??

I think that one is a tinny Mucka, different from the two plaques I have..

Excuse the question, but how much do these badges normally cost?

I think I paid between £250-£350, if I remember rightly.
